Policies

Warranty: autotiedowns.com products are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date on invoice to be free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not extend to any product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration or unauthorized repair.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL autotiedowns.com BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF VEHICLE, CARGO OR PROFITS.

Shipping: We will ship your order within 3 working days, via US Postal Service. We do have other options for shipping, please call our toll-free number for more information.

There will be additional freight charges if you wish to have your order delivered second day air or for items that are not on our website such as custom orders.

Shipping Rates outside of Continental USA: E-mail or fax us for shipping cost anywhere outside continental US. This includes Alaska and Hawaii.

Outside of USA orders: Please e-mail us or send a fax to 520-826-3401. We do accept and ship outside the USA but due to the variety of methods for shipping we accept these orders by fax or email, not via our shopping cart system. If you do wish to use the shopping cart you will have to contact us for the additional charges that will have to be paid for shipping outside of the continental USA.
Special Orders: We do special and custom orders. For price quotes please e-mail us or send a fax to 520-826-3401.

Returns: Returned goods shall be returned freight prepaid within 15 days of invoice date. A restocking charge of 15% will be added to all returned goods. Custom orders can not be returned.

Please email or fax (520) 826-3401 autotiedowns.com with quantity and items to be returned.
