Working Load Limit
Capacity Ratings
Working Load Limits (WLL)
shown for tiedowns are rated at one-third of their Minimum Breaking
Strength (MBS). All ratings are for products in new condition.
Age, wear
or damage to any strap assembly can reduce its WLL
. Half the
weight of the article(s) being secured should not exceed the WLL of the
tiedown(s) being used. Never exceed the working load limit. All products
should be inspected on a regular basis. Do not use if hardware shows any
sign of deformation or damage. Do not use if webbing has cuts, holes,
frayed edges, burns or any signs of damage.
